Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent sales skills, a strong understanding of technology sales, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential customers in the market - Analyze customer needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention - Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities - Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis Experience: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field - Strong business development skills with a track record of generating new leads and closing deals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Fluent in Spanish is a plus - Ability to effectively market and sell products or services - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts - Technical sales knowledge is preferred We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary, commission, and benefits.
